Eligibility for Returns
- The return policy is applicable to both the demo and non-demo version of the Jarvis AI assistant.
- Returns must be requested within 20 days from the date of purchase or within the exchange of 100 messages with the Jarvis AI assistant, whichever comes first.
- The product must have been purchased directly from heyjarvis.co
Refund Process
- Initiate a Return Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request," including your purchase details.
- Verification: Our team will assess your return request based on your Jarvis AI assistant usage data.
- Processing: Upon approval, we will begin the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Timeline: Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process and appear in your account.
Additional Information
- Refunds cover only the amount paid for Jarvis and not any additional services or products.
- Refund requests not aligning with our policy criteria may be declined.
